Daily game hints and answers

Updated every day shortly after the puzzles change. Each page gives hints before the answer, so you can take one nudge and go back to your game.

How we write hints

We don't reprint the puzzles. For Wordle you get the first letter, the vowel count and a pattern; for Connections a nudge toward each category before the names; for Strands the spangram's shape and word patterns; for Spelling Bee the letter grid and word counts. Answers are always there, one tap down, for when you've had enough.

When do the pages update?

NYT puzzles change at midnight Eastern. Our pages refresh within the hour; Spelling Bee can lag until the NYT publishes its page for the day.
